NOCTURNE: An Interactive Film
A fictional tale about a novelist who gets involved in a hit-and-run accident. Upon returning home, her experience of reality begins to slowly implode.
What makes this film unique is how the viewer interacts with the story. Instead of a traditional, fixed experience, NOCTURNE allows the viewer to decide how to navigate through the story. The narrative is experienced across 360° panorama photography and non-linear film sequences. In essence, the viewer decides how to progress through the narrative.
Each 360° panorama gives the viewer the ability to examine details within a central scene. Certain objects and areas within these scenes are linked to filmed content. The filmed content, as sequences, are available to watch in different order, leading to different meanings and interpretations. It is a completely new cinematic experience. We hope you enjoy it.
